The FAR Agency
The FAR Women’s Ministry is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reach, equip, and empower people in Christ. Founded by Latonya J. Smith, her mission is to be a voice for the voiceless and hope for the hopeless by helping them to progress from “victims” to “victors”. Through her work of being an accomplished author, a motivational speaker and a transformational coach, she has helped thousands of women to heal past wounds and claim their destiny.
Her passion to help women overcome obstacles led her to open her home to women struggling to provide Wi-Fi for online learning during Covid-19 pandemic. LaTonya with the help of her team, purchased tablets and laptops for women to check out and return. This sparked a burning passion in LaTonya, and she began the journey to opening a women’s resource center in Hattiesburg, MS- The FAR Agency.
